MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES To ensure the maintenance and improvement of the Airport Quality Management System in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard Plan, manage and control the work of the department Prepare annual goals and targets for quality assurance. To ensure the achievement of goals and objectives and the improvement of operations Plan, organize and ensure audits and inspections of airport processes Organize the monitoring of the compliance of the aerodrome management system and the defined aerodrome operation and maintenance processes in accordance with the binding requirements of the European Commission regulations Oversee aviation security quality control and customer service quality monitoring processes Participate in the monitoring, maintenance and improvement of the information security management system
