CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Carry out daily inspections of the terminal, record problems related to the cleanliness and order of the terminal and the services provided to customers Provide support to passengers at self-service passenger check-in kiosks, at self-service baggage transfer lines, as well as provide technical support paper change, (recording of technical problems, reporting) Coordinate the flow of passengers in the check-in hall, border crossing points, arrival hall Keep track of luggage delivery times Monitor customer service in the morning, evening hours, as well as on weekends and holidays Calculate that the work is in shifts (2 days working, 2 free), according to a variable flight schedule REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES Sense of responsibility Good comunication skills Positive attitude towards clients and colleagues Ability to work with a computer at the user level Previous work experience is desirable (but not required) Ability to wor |
